1797 1/2 C Plain Edge--Corroded, Tooled--ANACS. Good Details, Net AG3. B-3c, C-3a, R.3. A heavily worn Half Cent that has several small contact marks near the T in LIBERTY. Faint file marks coat the lightly granular surfaces. A somewhat scarcer variety.Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 2228, PCGS# 1036, GSID# 456)
