    Choice Uncirculated 1804 Draped Bust Half Cent

    1804 1/2 C Plain 4, No Stems MS64 Brown NGC. B-10, C-13, R.1. The B-10 is considered one of the more common Draped Bust half cents, and is a perfect candidate for a type coin. Actually, this variety was delivered in 1805. A sweeping crescent of medium brown toning covers most of the obverse, a smaller area of deep reddish-brown is at the right side. The reverse is a medium brown color. Well defined with no singularly mentionable problem areas.
