Gorgeous Near-Gem 1804 Half Cent
Plain 4, No Stems, C-13, B-10
1804 1/2 C Plain 4, No Stems MS64 Brown NGC. C-13, B-10,
R.1. A gorgeous near-Gem example of this stemless reverse die
marriage, with glossy chocolate-brown surfaces that exhibit
wonderful mint luster and excellent preservation. There are few
marks to limit the grade of this lovely specimen, but a single tiny
nick is located on Liberty's cheekbone, and a couple of faint,
superficial luster grazes are found on the right side of the
reverse, directly beneath ERI in AMERICA. Few examples of this
variety will be discovered with such superior eye appeal. EAC
