1805 1/2 C Small 5, Stems Fine 15 PCGS. C-3, B-3, R.4.
Manley Die State 2.0 with an obvious bulge on the right obverse
field. Cohen-3 is notoriously difficult to procure nice. Manley
states "the finest known [is]reported as Extremely Fine." This
medium brown example has moderate verdigris on the reverse, while
the obverse is only mildly granular. Minimally abraded despite its
service in circulation. MRB VG8. Population: 5 in 15, 6 finer
