Description

1806 C-4 Half Cent, MS63 Brown
Beautiful Large 6, Stems Example

1806 1/2 C Large 6, Stems, C-4, B-4, R.1, MS63 Brown PCGS. CAC. Manley Die State 1.0. Steel-brown surfaces contain significant attractive steel-blue highlights. Luster is significant and contributes to this example's exceptional, CAC-approved eye appeal. Strike is extremely strong on the obverse hair, with only slight reverse weakness on the upper left and lower right wreath branch. The C-4 is one of the most common die marriages of the year, and was a remarkably stable pairing as well, with little to no die deterioration.
