Description

1806 C-1 Half Cent, MS63 Brown
CAC-Approved No Stems Beauty

1806 1/2 C Small 6, No Stems, C-1, B-3, R.1, MS63 Brown PCGS. CAC. Manley Die State 1.0. Medium-brown surfaces are illuminated with original Mint Red around the devices, though it is not enough to warrant the Red and Brown designation. Abrasions are nearly nonexistent and strike is strong, creating a confluence of features that resulted in CAC certification. While it is 1806's most common die marriage, the No Stems variety is a testament to the longevity of this reverse die that was responsible for the production of over 1 million half cents.
