    1828 1/2 C 13 Stars MS64 Brown PCGS. B-2, C-3, R.1. Manley Die State 4.0. The 2 in the date is low, and a short mint-made spine extends from the leaf above the H in HALF. A medium brown near-Gem with a good strike and undisturbed surfaces. The upper reverse has an unobtrusive and relatively light toning spot.
