1828 1/2 C 13 Stars MS65 Brown PCGS. B-2, C-3, R.1. Hints of the original red color emerge from selected areas of the otherwise chocolate-brown surfaces. The upper stars are not fully struck, but a beautifully preserved Gem nonetheless. Population: 11 in 65 as Brown, none finer (4/03).From the V. A. Everest Collection.
