1828 1/2 C 13 Stars MS65 Brown NGC. Minor obverse peripheral weakness, but this is a well presented and nicely impressed coin displaying good general detail. Although technically Brown, the surfaces have indications of Red luster still peaking through in areas near the rims. The Brown surfaces also give indications of mint radiance. Population: 9 in 65, 0 finer (8/01).
