Description

1833 C-1 Half Cent, MS64 Red
Blazing Surfaces With Original Color

1833 1/2 C C-1, B-1, R.1, MS64 Red PCGS. Scintillating Mint Red surfaces have hardly mellowed from their original blazing hue. All details of the design were fully impressed from the press, and no notable abrasions impair it from view. Only a single die marriage is known for the year, and the reverse die was reused for 1834 C-1 and 1835 C-1.
