1835 1/2 C C-1, B-1, R.1, MS65 Red NGC. Manley Die State 1.
This sharp, lustrous Gem is tied for the finest in Red condition at
NGC, a distinction that is not surpassed at PCGS, where the finest
Red coins are also MS65s. The stars, wreath, and portrait are
intricately detailed, and a lack of abrasions further boosts the
eye appeal. A loupe reveals are few pale flecks, none particularly
noteworthy. Our EAC grade MS64. Census: 4 in 65 Red, 0 finer
