    1855 1/2 C MS64 Red PCGS. CAC. C-1, B-1, R.1. A lustrous orange-red near-Gem of this lower mintage date. The dentils and some of the stars are lightly brought up but the motifs are generally bold. Marks are absent, and a lens shows only inconsequential carbon. Our EAC grade MS64.(Registry values: P1)
