Description

1857 1/2 C C-1, B-1, R.2, MS65 Brown PCGS. CAC. Only 35,180 half cents were struck in 1857, the final year of the series. Much original red color appears within the star recesses, while the remaining surface area displays appealing reddish-brown patina. Well-struck with virtually indiscernible ticks and a single mark near star 2. Our EAC grade MS63.
