Description
1835 Bucklin's Interest Tables Hard Times Token. Low-93, HT-355. Copper, 28.5 mm, 8.9 gm. Compared to some of the other token issues by Bucklin's Book Keeping of Troy, New York, this variety is fairly refined. Many HT-355s are found with surface problems or uneven strikes. The current Choice VF offering is guilty of only the latter, having smooth chocolate-brown surfaces and no problems worthy of mention. A small, curved planchet clip at 10 o'clock on the obverse shall serve as a pedigree marked for this specimen.Auction Info
