Description
Victoria gold Proof Restrike Mohur 1879, KM496, PR62 PCGS (restrike) ex Remick Collection. Young bust of Victoria. This has the flat rim and the mint frost of an earlier restrike. The numerous, but light handling marks precludes us from making a better judgment of when it was restruck. Probably restruck in the mid to late 1950's before the die was polished to prepare it for multiple strikings.Metal: Gold
