Description
Bright MS65 1859 Indian Cent
1859 1C MS65 NGC. This piece retains much of the light honey-tan color of original copper-nickel cents. There is, however, also a slight and even overlay of reddish patina on each side. The mint luster glows softly over the surfaces. Slight metal flow is also noted toward the margins of both obverse and reverse. Sharply, but not fully struck.(Registry values: N2998)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 227E, PCGS# 2052, GSID# 1289)
