1863 1C MS66+ NGC. CAC. Hints of mint-green and rose appear
in the peripheral regions of this high-end Premium Gem 1863 Indian
cent. The strike is bold, and the tan-gold surfaces are
well-preserved. The 1863 is the most plentiful copper-nickel issue
overall, ideal for type representation. Only a single coin is known
finer than this piece. Census: 24 in 66 (1 in 66+, 1 in 66 ★
