1866 1C MS66 Brown PCGS. Eagle Eye Photo Seal. A boldly struck and virtually pristine Gem that despite the Brown designation has ample golden-brown luster on the reverse. The only 1866 Cent certified as MS66 Brown by PCGS. There is also one MS66 Red and Brown PCGS example, and just three pieces certified as MS66 Red. None have been certified above MS66 by either PCGS or NGC in any color designation.Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 227P, PCGS# 2085, Greysheet# 1305)
