1867/67 1C Snow-1, FS-301, MS65 Red and Brown PCGS. Snow-1 shows bold repunching on the top of the 67 of the date and is, in the words of Rick Snow, one of the top repunched date varieties in the series. This Gem Red and Brown example displays a bold strike and luminous satin luster, with a subtle woodgrain pattern to its copper-orange, red, and burgundy patina. A group of light flecks on the upper obverse is noted. Population: 18 in 65 (2 in 65+) Red and Brown, 0 finer (12/24).
