Description
1869 Cent, MS65 Red
CAC Approved, Green Label Holder
1869 1C MS65 Red PCGS. CAC. Eagle Eye Photo Seal. The
obverse of this 1869 cent displays patchwork die lines throughout
the Liberty portrait, which disappear in the fields. A bold strike
complements satiny copper-red luster, and neither side exhibits
bothersome abrasions or spotting. The 1869 Indian cent is scarce
this fine in the Red category, and it is rare in this grade with
CAC endorsement. Housed in a Generation 3.1 green label holder.
Population: 36 in 65 (1 in 65+) Red, 6 finer. CAC: 7 in 65, 2 finer
(1/25).(Registry values: N2998)Selections From The Burge Collection.
