Description
Bright, Lustrous MS66 1876 Indian Cent
1876 1C MS66 Red PCGS. An attractive example from the centennial year. The ruby-orange surfaces have an undercurrent of greenish-gold and plenty of fire with semi-reflective fields and light die striations. The surfaces are practically distraction-free, and the strike is above-average. A thin scratch on the holder runs across the obverse, but this should not be confused with any type of defect on the coin. Population: 13 in 66, 1 finer (3/07).(Registry values: N4719)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 2283, PCGS# 2126, Greysheet# 1343)
