Description
1877 Indian Cent, Patinated MS65 Brown
Virtually Unobtainable Any Finer
1877 1C MS65 Brown PCGS. CAC. Lavender, reddish-gold, and
orange patination dominates this Gem key-date example. The design
elements are well-struck except for the typical softness in the
first three feather tips and the second diamond from the bottom.
The reverse devices are fully struck. Neither side reveals
mentionable contact marks, though a few minor carbon flecks are
visible in the central reverse. The 1877 is very difficult to
acquire in MS65 Brown and is virtually unobtainable any finer.
