Description
1893 1C MS65 Red NGC. FS-10.95, Snow-2. Described as "scarce." The 893 in the date is widely repunched, and remnants are visible east of the date. This lustrous, cherry-red Gem is sharply struck aside from the typical softness on the tips of the uppermost headdress feathers. Both sides have just a few wispy grazes, and the reverse has a couple of small toning flecks. (Registry values: N1793)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 228M, PCGS# 2186, GSID# 1397)
