1894 1C MS67 Red PCGS....
Description
1894 Indian Cent, MS67 Red
Incredibly Rare This Fine
1894 1C MS67 Red PCGS. The 1894 Indian cent is most famous
for the Snow-1 variety of this year, showing a boldly doubled date.
However, the normal date coin such as this example is itself an
important condition rarity in the upper Red grades. Most Red
examples reside in the MS64 to MS66 range, while PCGS and NGC
combined report only seven examples in MS67 Red, with none finer
(9/25). This spectacular Superb Gem represents an essential
opportunity for the advanced Registry collector. Lovely, warm
copper-orange luster adorns each side, complementing a boldly
struck design. Slight die erosion in the fields amplifies the
vibrancy of the luster without compromising definition of detail.
Eye appeal is simply outstanding.(Registry values: N4719)From The LaLonde Family Collection.
