1894 Cent, MS64 Red and Brown
Doubled Date, FS-301
1894 1C Repunched Date MS64 Red and Brown PCGS. FS-301. The
most dramatic repunched date variety of the Indian cent series.
Repunched northeast with a broad spread. Lavender-brown and
orange-gold compete for territory across this satiny and
well-struck near-Gem. Free from marks although a gray spot is noted
at 1 o'clock on the reverse.Ex: Long Beach Signature (Heritage, 9/2014), lot 3665, where it sold for $4,112.50.(Registry values: P7)
