Conditionally Scarce Premium Gem 1901 Indian Cent
1901 1C MS66 Red PCGS. Highly lustrous and generally well struck, with the usual minor softness on the upper feather tips, this Premium Gem is one of the relatively few examples to survive in such a lofty state of preservation. After all, more than 79.5 million pieces were struck, but a mere 77 coins have been graded at MS66 Red, by NGC and PCGS combined, and only four finer.
