Description
1909 1C MS66 Red PCGS. Although 1909 Indian cents are often seen with fully brilliant orange mint luster, few are as fine as this example. This cent is sharply struck with only slight weakness on a few feather tips. The surfaces have frosty luster and the eye appeal is excellent. A few minor splashes of dark brown are hidden on the reverse. Population: 123 in 66, 3 finer (9/04).(#2237) (Registry values: N1793)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 2297, PCGS# 2237, GSID# 1451)
