1908 $10 Motto MS66 NGC. The 1908 Motto ten dollar, from a mintage of 341,370 circulation strikes, is a plentiful issue. Examples can be located with little difficulty through the near-Gem level of preservation, while MS65s, though scarce, are still obtainable with some patience. The Premium Gem population decreases to the point of being quite challenging, and higher-grade specimens are seldom encountered.
This impeccably preserved Premium Gem is fully brilliant with wonderful yellow-gold luster tinted with hints of light green. All of the individual design elements are boldly detailed. An excellent choice for a high-grade type collection. Census: 38 in 66, 7 finer (10/09).(Registry values: N4719)
