Description

1908-S Eagle, Lustrous MS61
Low-Mintage With Motto Issue

1908-S $10 MS61 NGC. A few scrapes and ticks determine the grade of this Mint State 1908-S eagle, a desirable survivor of this small With Motto S-mint emission of 59,850 coins. Sweeping cartwheel luster prevails on orange-gold surfaces that nonetheless show good eye appeal despite the abrasions, which are more prominent on the reverse.
