Scarce Gem 1909 Ten Dollar

1909 $10 MS65 NGC. The 1909 ten dollar is an obtainable issue in the lower grades of Uncirculated. However, most examples are clustered in the MS62-63 grade range, and there is a noticeable drop-off in successively higher grades. This is a softly frosted example that displays the usual matte-like surfaces. There are no reportable marks on either side, and the color is a moderate reddish-gold with some underlying olive.(Registry values: N4719)
