    Description

    1910 Ten Dollar
    Upper End Near-Gem

1910 $10 MS64+ PCGS. The finely granular surfaces are lustrous and only minutely marked, while cartwheel mint luster enhances the green-gold color. The strike is sharp throughout, an abiding feature of nearly all 1910 eagles and one of the reasons the issue is favored by type collectors. This example approaches Gem quality. A tiny nick on Liberty's cheek and another on the rim between stars 2 and 3 are grade-consistent and minor. Population: 10 in 64+, 96 finer (8/16).(Registry values: N1793)

    Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 28GR, PCGS# 8865)
