Appealing 1911-D Indian Head Eagle, AU58

1911-D $10 AU58 NGC. Sharply struck with crisp detailing on all of the headdress feathers, and on all of the eagle's leg and wing feathers. Just a trace of wear is evident on Liberty's cheekbone and on the eagle's shoulder. An appealing near-Mint example of this conditionally scarce issue, with smooth surfaces that are virtually unmarked. (Registry values: N1793)
