1912 $10 MS64 NGC. A splendid near-Gem, this 1912 eagle has frosty and brilliant yellow-gold luster. Both sides are boldly detailed with excellent definition on the motifs. A total of 405,000 coins were minted, a rather substantial sum for the day. NGC has only graded 79 finer submissions (11/09).(Registry values: N2998)
