    Description

    1912 Eagle, MS65+
    Phenomenally Beautiful

1912 $10 MS65+ PCGS. Phenomenally beautiful sunset-orange coloration and top-notch preservation complement abundant luster on both sides of this 1912 eagle, among the few dozen finest certified at PCGS. The surfaces are fine-grained and mattelike. A sole tick appears in the center of Liberty's neck along with a few minuscule pecks on the cheek, and small marks on the reverse are well-hidden within the lower eagle feathers. The strike is equally sharp throughout the headdress feathers and within the intricate details of the reverse. Population: 38 in 65 (2 in 65+), 13 finer (7/16).(Registry values: N4719)
