Description

Near-Mint 1913-S Ten Dollar

1913-S $10 AU58 PCGS. With just 66,000 pieces struck, the 1913-S is an obvious candidate as a challenging Saint-Gaudens eagle issue, and its survival in better circulated and Mint State grades does not disappoint in that regard. This is an elusive near-Mint representative, uncommonly well-defined with nearly intact yellow-gold luster. Light but distinct rub is noted at the top of the eagle's wing.(Registry values: N1793)
