Description

Satiny, High-End MS64 1915 Eagle

1915 $10 MS64 NGC. CAC. The mintage of 1915 eagles from Philadelphia is on the high side for the series, and enough specimens survive today that examples can be found, occasionally even in MS67. The emission is well-made, for which the present coin provides ample testimony. Generous luster radiates from yellow-gold surfaces that show a satin texture and remarkable lack of abrasions.(Registry values: N1793)
