Description
Lovely 1915 Ten Dollar, MS64
1915 $10 MS64 NGC. Many of the 151,000 ten dollar gold pieces resided for decades in European banks (Jeff Garrett and Ron Guth, 2006), helping to account for their relatively abundant numbers today. Bright brassy-gold surfaces abound on this radiantly lustrous near-Gem, and sharp definition is apparent on the design elements. A few inconsequential marks preclude full Gem status. An excellent high-grade type coin.(Registry values: N1793)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 28H5, PCGS# 8878, GSID# 9755)
