Description

1915 Ten Dollar Indian, MS65
Rare High-End CAC Example
An Incredible Registry Set Contender

1915 $10 MS65 PCGS. CAC. The 1915 Indian eagle survives mainly in MS64 and lower grades. Gems are scarce, and finer pieces are rare with only a few dozen known. Among coins with CAC endorsement, the population thins considerably further. CAC coins in MS65 are rare with only 29 reported, and finer CAC coins number just eight pieces -- these include PCGS and NGC-certified coins. Thus, the current MS65 PCGS CAC piece is an exceptional rarity that the Registry Set collector should count among the finer-known specimens of the date. Radiant yellow-gold and peach luster adorns sharp devices, while neither side exhibits mentionable abrasions. Eye appeal is outstanding in every respect, matching the coin's impeccable technical quality. CAC: 29 in 65, 8 finer (10/25).(Registry values: N2998)
