1914-S Ten Dollar, MS63
Elusive San Francisco Issue
1914-S $10 MS63 PCGS. Coming from a limited mintage of
208,000 coins, the 1914-S Indian eagle is elusive in Mint State.
This collectible Select example displays frosty wheat-gold luster
and a pleasing cartwheel effect. Scattered light abrasions
determine the grade but are not individually bothersome. Slight
strike softness is noted on the eagle's shoulder as usual. Finer
pieces are scarce.(Registry values: N2998)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 28H4, PCGS# 8877, Greysheet# 9771)

Metal: 90% Gold, 10% Copper
