Description
MS66 1908 Indian Half Eagle
An Ideal Type or Date Selection
1908 $5 MS66 NGC. Whether dedicated type collector or
benchmark-setting series enthusiast, almost any high-end Indian
half eagle collector would love to add this pleasing Premium Gem to
his or her collection. The strike is strong overall, with just a
hint of softness at peripheral elements such as the necklace, and
orange-kissed yellow-gold luster lends each side understated
elegance. The preservation and eye appeal are equally magnificent.
While the 1908 is one of the most accessible Indian fives in MS66,
it is still a condition rarity so fine. Census: 16 in 66, 5 finer
(12/10).(Registry values: N7079)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 28DE, PCGS# 8510, Greysheet# 9308)
