    Description

    1909 Five Dollar, Frosty MS65
    Attractive High-End Type Coin

1909 $5 MS65 PCGS. The 1909 is only a fraction as plentiful as its Denver counterpart, although a number of Gems are known to supply the needs of collectors. Above this level, however, the 1909 Indian half eagle becomes rare. This piece is razor-sharp and displays original, frosty wheat-gold luster. Close examination of the surfaces fails to reveal any mentionable abrasions. PCGS lists nine finer representatives, which are out of reach for most collectors (3/16).(Registry values: N4719)
