Description

1909-D $5 MS64 PCGS. Strong luster invigorates the orange-gold surfaces of this near-Gem. An impressive strike delivers sharp definition to the design elements, including the eagle's shoulder feathers. Minor marks in the raised, exposed fields of the reverse prevent Gem designation. MS64 is the highest grade most collectors will see, as finer specimens are difficult to locate. Housed in a green label holder.(Registry values: N2998)
