Description

1910-D $5 MS62 PCGS. The heavy production of 1909-D half eagles led to a surfeit of the coins, and in 1910, Denver struck only 193,600 examples of that denomination. This lustrous and well-defined example, wheat-gold with elements of orange, has scattered abrasions that account for the grade.(Registry values: N991)
