Description
1911-D Indian Half Eagle, AU58 CAC
Popular Branch Mint Issue
1911-D $5 AU58 PCGS. CAC. The 1911-D Indian half eagle is a
challenging issue with a marginal mintage of just 72,500 pieces.
This attractive near-Mint specimen provides a great opportunity for
collectors with budget concerns, displaying lovely green-gold
surfaces accented with undertones of orange and rose. Retaining
most of the original mint luster, it shows just a touch of wear on
the well-detailed design elements. The bust and the eagle are
remarkably free of abrasions and complement the overall eye appeal,
which is outstanding. The high quality within the grade is
confirmed by CAC.(Registry values: N1793)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 28DR, PCGS# 8521, Greysheet# 9324)
