Lustrous 1912 Half Eagle, MS64
1912 $5 MS64 PCGS. A highly lustrous Choice Mint State piece, this 1912 half eagle has frosty yellow surfaces with traces of light pink on each side. The strike is bold, with all details virtually full. A few tiny abrasions are evident, preventing a higher grade. PCGS has only certified 45 finer examples of this issue (4/09).(Registry values: N2998)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 28DS, PCGS# 8523, GSID# 9312)
