    Description

    1914-S Five Dollar, MS62
    Lustrous and Lightly Marked

1914-S $5 MS62 PCGS. CAC. Like most San Francisco issues in the five dollar Indian series, the 1914-S is a better date in Mint State. A majority of certified survivors are in circulated grades, but this caramel-gold example displays pleasing luster throughout. Contact is inconsequential for MS62 level, though the left reverse field displays a pair of small gray spots, and the strike shows blending on the lowest headdress feathers.(Registry values: N2998)

    Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 28DW, PCGS# 8529)
