Underrated MS62 1914-S Half Eagle

1914-S $5 MS62 PCGS. Impressive sun-yellow luster for this elusive but still underrated San Francisco half eagle issue. The portrait is well-defined, though a flaw is noted from his chin to the nearby star, which must have figured into the MS62 designation. PCGS has certified 25 coins finer (7/10).(Registry values: N2998)
