Pristine Gem 1908 Indian Quarter Eagle
1908 $2 1/2 MS65 NGC. CAC. The near-total absence of marks on the cheek and elsewhere, save for a single tick of minuscule import, puts this Gem coin in a distinct minority for the type, one generally plagued by contact marks on the exposed high points. The reverse is similarly unabraded. Soft luster emanates from antique-gold surfaces on this super example.(Registry values: N2998)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 288Y, PCGS# 7939, GSID# 8603)
