Description

Shining Gem 1908 Indian Quarter Eagle

1908 $2 1/2 MS65 PCGS. CAC. Well-defined for an Indian quarter eagle with pleasingly lustrous yellow-orange surfaces that are carefully preserved. Eye appeal is impressive. Though this first-year issue was saved more than its later peers, higher-grade examples are scarce. PCGS has graded 85 such pieces (4/09).(Registry values: N2998)
