Pretty AU 1911-D Quarter Eagle

1911-D $2 1/2 AU50 PCGS. The slight color change on the forward wingtip of the eagle, the Indian's cheek, and the headdress ribbons are all signs of the slight wear association with 10 points of circulation, but there is little evidence of contact, and the mintmark is easily discernible, if not exactly bold. The surfaces show pretty khaki-gold patina on each side.(Registry values: N2998)
